N2 - A Third Generation approach to the first year experience and transition is widely recognised as essential and current best practice. However the significant challenges to institutions in achieving such an approach is broadly acknowledged. This Practice Report outlines the beginning attempts of one institution to recognise such a goal, and is designed to seek input and insight from workshop participants on proven strategies to progress this goal.
