Abstract

All Together Better Health (ATBH) conferences emerged at a time when health and social care professionals, educators, researchers, and policymakers were recognizing the need for a global collaborative platform to address the education of health and social care professionals and the implications for the organization of health and social care services. The first ATBH conference was convened in London in 1997 under the auspices of the Journal of Interprofessional Care (Leathard, 1997).
