N2 - This study evaluates the concept and discriminant validity of an organizational sustainable development (OSD) questionnaire and discusses its practical implications. The OSD questionnaire measurement model is carefully validated using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Data analysis with well-established statistical methods reveals seven OSD dimensions: Continuous Improvement and Learning, Environmental Stewardship, Social Responsibility, Governance and Ethics, Economic Viability, Integration and Alignment, and Stakeholder Engagement. Fortunately, the questionnaire has strong construct and discriminant validity, making it a reliable OSD assessment tool. Despite encouraging results, this study is limited to a certain group and culture. Future study must validate broad populations and investigate the complex interactions between OSD characteristics and outcomes. This research provides a thorough conceptual framework and a rigorously tested assessment method to improve our understanding of OSD and enable more detailed studies of sustainable organizational practices.
