Program aim: Developed in consultation with expert partners in domestic violence cases, the VAV program is aimed at informing and empowering young men and women (aged 16 years or older) in particular to stand up, speak out and take action against domestic violence. The aim of this project was to undertake a research evaluation of the VAV program in Papua New Guinea (PNG) to explore its achievements, challenges, and emerging outcomes.
