    Abstract

    Domestic legal regime that exists in Australia in the broader context of the Government's publicly announced space policy - interesting and useful model licensing regime - focus of Space Engagement Policy has shifted to a more pragmatic and politically expedient view of its role in outer space activities - away from creation of a space launch industry on a commercial scale.
