Research output: Chapter in Book / Conference PaperChapter

Abstract

This chapter looks at approaching news reporting via peace and solutions journalism concepts in the Pacific. A fresh approach is conducive to urgently needed re-evaluations in a developing region in which some countries are prone to conflict. In addition, the Pacific is the centre of China-United States geopolitical contest, which brings its own political pressures.
