    Abstract

    Evaluating the quality of the undergraduate experience is now intergral to institutional quality assurance and enhancement activities in universities. This case study reports on a range of strategies adopted at Griffith University, Australia to evaluate and enhance the quality of the student experience. It includes discussion of ways in which we are conceptualising the evaluation practice to enhance student and staff engagement in the process, along with lessons learned and ongoing enhancement strategies.
